We’re hiring aStrategic Analyst to work directly with senior leadership to analyse operations, growth, and financial data to drive actionable insights across the business. From building excel models to creating dashboards, your work will shape how the company understands performance and opportunity. You’ll not only run analyses but also explain what they mean, what decisions they inform, and drive the follow up actions.

You should be excited to:

• Own recurring reporting and dashboards – writing SQL queries and leveraging BI tools to deliver clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making.
• Partner closely with the CFO to monitor financial and operational performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and inform strategic planning.
• Work directly with the CEO and Chief Economist to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive business impact.
• Proactively uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities in the data to improve performance across the organisation.
• Tackle ad hoc analyses and high-priority projects spanning finance, operations, product, and growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights translate into measurable outcomes and business improvements.
