What You'll Do

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Strategic Alliances Manager (SAM) to lead and grow important partner relationships within our Property Tax business line. You will create strategic alliances, nurturing partner accounts, and driving collaborative go-to-market programs that bolster our market position and deliver mutual value. You will be the primary liaison between our General Manager of Property Tax and main property tax service providers, consultants, technology partners, and related organizations. You will report to the General Manager of Property Tax.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with main property tax service providers, consultants, technology partners, and related organizations.
  • Create joint business plans with partners, encompassing revenue targets, marketing strategies, and service integration programs.
  • You will identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through our partners, including co-selling, referrals, and channel sales.
  • You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
  • You will report and communicate partner performance, health, and pipeline activity to leadership.
  • You will represent the partner internally, advocating for product features, service improvements, and marketing support needed for mutual growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner landscape changes in the property tax and valuation industry
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, strategic account management, or business development in property tax, real estate, FinTech, or financial services sectors.
  • Experience with the property tax ecosystem, including software, consulting, and managed services models.
  • Experience driving complex partnership programs and growing revenue.
  • Professional network that includes property tax service providers, consultants, technology partners, and related organizations.

Pay Range Details

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Colorado $148,800-$245,600 annually

Washington $148,800 -$271,500 annually

California $148,800 -$297,300 annually

NYC $164,500 -$297,300 annually

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee's role.
