Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated All-Source Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA. You will research, evaluate, and integrate complex intelligence to protect assets and inform leadership decisions.

Responsibilities include producing CI assessments, generating intelligence on foreign networks, and applying GEOINT methods to monitor threats. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with polygraph eligibility, and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience.
• Experience with DoD CI policy, plans, and operations is preferred.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive CI assessments by researching, reviewing, editing, planning, and integrating all-source intelligence and open-source information.
• Generate foundational intelligence and original written analysis on foreign intelligence entity networks to identify threats.
• Employ analytical and GEOINT methodologies to identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting key assets.
• Develop CI studies, plans, network charts, and briefings for leadership, adhering to IC analytic tradecraft standards.
• Collaborate with access-controlled programs and IC entities to create joint analytical products.
• Identify trends within assigned subject matter and brief decision-makers and CI officers.
