Job summary

City of Boise is seeking a Property & Contracts Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of airport property, commercial and tenant relations programs. You will negotiate revenue-generating leases and contracts, guiding property development and leading a dedicated team to support the airport’s long-term success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in aviation/property management, with the ability to obtain an Airport Driver’s License. Hybrid work eligible with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5+ years of experience in aviation or commercial property/leases preferred.
• Experience in negotiating revenue-generating leases and contracts.
• Ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property, commercial and tenant relations programs for airport property and contracts.
• Negotiate aviation and non-aviation leases, concessions, licenses and permits.
• Lead LOIs, RFp/RFB processes and ensure contract compliance with tenants and contractors.
• Develop and monitor ACDBE program and reports to FAA.
