Job summary

Collier County seeks an Executive Manager - Airport Operations to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for Marco Island Executive Airport, Immokalee Regional Airport, and Everglades Airpark. You will direct safe and efficient operations, manage budgets, leases, contracts, and capital projects, and advise leadership on priorities.

Success requires strong judgment, leadership, business acumen, and the ability to build relationships with tenants, regulators, consultants, and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in airport management, business management, or a closely related field.
• Four (4) years of related professional experience.
• Fingerprinting required.
• Must obtain and maintain the CMAE credential within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned staff; establish priorities and performance management.
• Direct day-to-day airport operations and Fixed Base Operator activities.
• Administer budgets, leases, contracts, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and regulatory bodies.
