Job summary

MGT is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver AI-powered solutions for state, local, and education government clients. You will build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and data integration patterns, collaborating with consultants and SMEs to translate business needs into scalable architectures.

You’ll participate in internal AI tool development, present architectures to leadership, and drive discovery sessions to identify high-impact use cases across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience; AI experience not required if strong problem-solving and built solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred consulting or client-facing delivery background.
• Experience with data architecture or ETL/ELT is a plus.
• Strong Python or similar language skills; cloud AI services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for client engagements.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Architect data pipelines connecting AI to client data sources.
• Develop reusable components and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and solutions.
