OpenAI is seeking an AI Deployment Engineer to shape the partner ecosystem in ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications. You will serve as the dedicated technical resource for strategic partners, guiding solution design and co-development with internal teams in a hybrid SF/NYC role.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Partner Engineer.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, MCP, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and front-end design and development experience.
• Experience supporting ecosystem or partner motions, including co-development or joint go-to-market programs.
• Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and executives.
• Operate with high horsepower, manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment with evolving commercial structures.
• Collaborative, humble attitude with eagerness to help partners and internal teams succeed.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional partner experience by providing technical expertise, scoping use cases, and supporting Apps in ChatGPT and commerce checkout.
• Partner with Partnerships to design and support ecosystem integrations, ensuring feasibility and launches.
• Guide partners on best practices for leveraging the OpenAI API and ChatGPT for secure, scalable experiences.
• Serve as first line for design, security, compliance and architecture questions, escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for partner requirements.
• Gather partner feedback and help shape product roadmaps and partner programs.
