Job summary

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company delivering enterprise AI platforms and services. We are seeking a Deployment Strategist to synthesize customer needs, define impactful use cases, and lead enterprise deals end-to-end with our Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM teams.

You will work closely with customers to map workflows to AI-driven solutions, drive adoption, and ensure measurable business outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise customer experience or similar.
• Experience in product delivery, and change management.
• Proven ability to own complex projects and deliver results.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping and demos.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close and terms.
• Embed with strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and collaborate with engineers to implement.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform and roadmap.
