Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IMT SC Lead for the Large Program AI and Data Platforms to oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and management of enterprise AI products and integrated data platforms in Titusville, NJ.

The role leads cross-functional teams across AI-enabled platforms, aligning data maturity with business objectives, and driving measurable outcomes through disciplined software engineering and governance. Strong SAP and AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience, including 3 years in SAP, AI, Data and Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BDC, SAP BTP and Integration suite.
• Practical experience delivering Agentic AI solutions using SAP Joule and/or Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and manage technology products and platforms, including enterprise applications, systems software, mobile/web solutions, databases, and AI/data platforms.
• Lead requirements analysis and high-level solution design by converting internal and external customer needs into scalable software and platform architectures.
• Define and govern overall solution structures, core elements, interfaces, dependencies, and non-functional requirements across complex technology landscapes.
• Oversee software development activities including programming, configuration, scripting, and database development to deliver organization-specific solutions.
• Direct planning and execution of software and platform testing strategies, including automation, risk tracking, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
• Ensure effective deployment, maintenance, and continuous evolution of applications and platforms through disciplined SDLC, DevOps, and change management practices.
• Manage work across multiple Technology Product and Platform Management families, ensuring prioritization, dependency alignment, and consistent delivery standards.
