Job summary

Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, seeks a Business Development Expert focused on AI Factory / Big Tech / Semiconductors / Data Centers. West Coast location, flexible; hybrid work model.

You will lead development, qualification, and advancement of strategic opportunities, building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while shaping capture strategies and driving opportunities through the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• 12+ years of proven experience in strategic sales, business development, or go-to-market leadership
• Strong AI Factory / AI Infrastructure Industry Knowledge (semiconductor, data centers)
• Strong Knowledge or experience with the full sales cycle
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions
• Effective Relationship BuildingSkills
• Effective Presentation Skills
• Negotiation and Deal Management Skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders early in the opportunity lifecycle to shape requirements, clarify scope, align expectations
• Maintain understanding of market trends, client priorities, competitive dynamics, and industry signals to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Evaluate opportunities based on strategic alignment, customer relevance, competitive positioning, risk, resources, and value creation
• Create comprehensive capture strategies for priority opportunities with win themes and differentiators
• Develop compelling strategic narratives connecting 3DS capabilities to customer priorities
• Coordinate sales, industry, value creation, technical, partner and other stakeholders for alignment and stronger positioning
• Drive opportunities forward by coordinating actions at the right time and maintaining momentum
• Lead or support negotiations, proposal development and customer presentations
• Maintain a transparent opportunity pipeline and contribute to revenue forecasting with Value Creation teams for pricing
