Job summary

Navaide is seeking a proactive Lead AI & Data Analytics Engineer to drive AI-enabled analytics for a federal modernization effort. You will serve as the technical and functional lead, working with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform, Advana, Jupiter, and Databricks to deliver decision-support capabilities.

You will engage with business stakeholders, translate acquisition processes into data products, and move from static reporting to integrated analytics with actionable insights and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics/engineering or analytics product development.
• Experience building analytics products in Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with Advana, Jupiter, or similar federated data environments.
• Strong SQL, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
• Experience transforming data from multiple sources into data products and dashboards.
• Experience applying AI/ML/NLP/generative AI to business data.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled analytics products for acquisition and contract writing.
• Build and maintain data products, dashboards, workflows, and analytical applications.
• Integrate data from Foundry, Power Platform, Advana, and Jupiter across sources.
• Develop data pipelines and analytics layers using Databricks, SQL, Python, or PySpark.
• Design end-to-end big data architectures across cloud implementations of Foundry.
• Incorporate AI capabilities such as NLP and automated insights into analytics workflows.
• Identify and prioritize analytics and AI use cases from concept to delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
