Job summary

Accenture seeks a Management Consulting Senior Manager in Banking Consulting to lead large-scale AI-enabled transformation programs for retail banks. You will guide C-suite stakeholders, shape data and AI strategies, and drive innovative banking technology initiatives across multiple engagements.

Lead teams, mentor future leaders, and partner across Accenture's ecosystem to deliver value. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years of combined experience in management consulting or related fields.
Experience in consumer lending or mortgage lending.
Core banking experience and ability to lead complex programs.

Responsibilities

Shape enterprise-wide data and AI strategies aligning goals with technology outcomes.
Set vision for large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs leveraging AI, data, and automation.
Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
Drive innovation by identifying trends in AI and banking tech and translating into client value.
Oversee delivery across engagements with quality and timelines.
Mentor and develop future leaders and foster continuous learning.
Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients.
Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Mon–Thu).
