You will guide data- and AI-powered solutions, shaping roadmaps to align business goals with technology outcomes while driving results and innovation. You will work with client teams to deliver data-driven use cases, modernize operating models, and accelerate delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting experience.
• Experience with consumer lending / mortgage lending is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required. Bonus points for AI use case deployment or AI agent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements that combine business strategy, technology enablement, and operational transformation.
• Build and sustain trusted client relationships through insight-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex business problems into actionable AI and data-driven use cases.
• Design and implement data-enabled operating models for banking.
• Apply automation and AI to build intelligent workflows that optimize processes and customer experience.
• Accelerate transformation via agile delivery and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with technology teams to shape and execute digital transformation roadmaps.
• Lead change management initiatives to embed digital and AI capabilities across organizations.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients.
