Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support aftermarket procurement strategy and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, and product management.

You will develop category strategies, lead supplier relationships, negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, and drive cost savings while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Domestic travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Sourcing within large, international organizations.
• 3+ years advanced MS Excel & Word.
• 2+ years experience in SAP and PowerBI.
• Travel up to 20% in North America (international as needed).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategy for Aftermarket parts.
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and relationship management.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in aftermarket HVAC category.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development and Operations.
• Define and track supplier KPIs and address performance issues.
• Lead aftermarket vendors and guide cross-functional procurement teams.
