Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Internal Advisory Consultant to drive adoption of fee-based platforms and marketing efforts among Financial Advisors within a defined territory. You will provide effective communication and position advisory tools, while guiding consultative conversations about product features, pricing, and research recommendations.

The role focuses on supporting LPL's Independent Advisor Network affiliation model, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred.
• Drive for professional growth and development.
• Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
• FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively educate advisors on fee-based platforms and adoption strategies.
• Provide consultative guidance on product features, pricing, and tools.
• Serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert for financial advisors.
