Job summary

LPL Financial in the United States is seeking an Internal Advisory Consultant to drive adoption of fee-based platforms among Financial Advisors within a defined territory. You will educate advisors on platform features, pricing, and tools, acting as a trusted partner with professional presentation.

The role emphasizes consultative conversations, case design, POS support, and practice analysis, with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and client success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 required.
• Ability to use independent judgement to make decisions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide consultations educating advisors on available fee-based platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert and key contact for advisors.
• Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to be a trusted partner for financial advisors.
• Maintain an 80/20 split between proactive and reactive outreach.
• Consult on Individual Case Design.
• Provide Point of Sale support.
• Conduct Practice Analysis.
