Job summary

The Staff Consultant role delivers expert advisory services to clients across industries, analyzing data, developing strategic recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

You will engage with clients to understand objectives, produce reports and presentations, support proposals, and stay current with industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and operational environments.
• Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and actionable plans tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions and track progress.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and results effectively.
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to client projects.
