Ryan & Wetmore, PC is seeking an Audit & Assurance Manager for our offices in Maryland and Virginia. You will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of public accounting experience, an active CPA license, and strong knowledge of audit methodologies. The salary range is $95,000–$135,000 per year with benefits including health insurance and professional development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Expertise in GAAP and GAAS.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Supervise and train senior and staff auditors, providing feedback and coaching.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients and present audit findings.
