We are seeking an Associate Director with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience to join our Strategic Advisory team. This role supports and leads key workstreams on strategic consulting engagements for leading insurance and reinsurance clients, helping organizations evaluate growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and address complex industry challenges.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, client-focused, and comfortable interacting directly with senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professional presence, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. As an Associate Director, you will be expected to take ownership of project deliverables, contribute to client relationship management, and help mentor junior team members.
