Overview

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Strategic Advisor (Principal). This is a full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.

As a Strategic Advisor (Principal) at BVA Bear’s IT Solutions, you will provide high-level guidance and thought leadership to executive stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment of technology initiatives with organizational objectives. This role partners with leadership to define IT modernization roadmaps, assess emerging technologies, and shape transformational programs across enterprise systems and processes.

The Strategic Advisor (Principal) serves as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, synthesizing business needs, risk considerations, and market trends into actionable strategies. This role ensures that proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with the client’s mission and operational goals.
