• Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, define scope, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress via KPIs.
• Co-manage ancillary partnership activities such as communications, legal/compliance, and financial monitoring.
• Prepare presentations for CuraCor Solutions's senior leadership on progress and performance.

About the Care Delivery Services Team

The Care Delivery Services Team sits within the diversified business arm of CuraCor Solutions, a family of companies that includes Blue Cross NC and works to help make health care better for all. The team is responsible for overseeing strategy co-development and execution as well as alliance management and advisement functions for CuraCor Solutions' care delivery service investments, FastMed LLC and Alo Solutions. The team was established to help expand consumer access to affordable, high-quality care via the support and advancement of independent primary care and urgent care.

In your role as a Strategic Advisor, you will help support and enable the strategic development, execution, and success of the Enterprise's diversified care delivery service investments at multiple levels.

WhatYou'llDo:

Execution/Operations

• Help manage and maintain an effectiveshared governance structurebetweenCuraCor Solutions, AloSolutions, andFastMedLLC; coordinateandco-facilitateshared governance structuremeetingsandrelated processesto identify new strategicpartnershipinitiatives;support prioritizationofworkstreamsvia business case developmentand comparisonanddrivesuccessfulimplementation.

• Conductdata analysis andresearch toprovideactionableinsightsas it relates topotentialpartnershipsandstandalonediversified care delivery serviceassetgrowth initiatives;driveorsupportsubsequentbusiness casedevelopmentandcross-organizationaldecision-makingbasedon initiative typeand asset governance structure.

• Provide input on the value ofadditionalpartnerships/transactionsleveragingrelevantCuraCor Solutionssubject matter experts, internal and external data assets.

• Internal candidates with3-5 yearsofbroad-basedhealth insurance/healthcare experience and direct exposure to applicablebusinessareas(i.e.,innovation, strategic planning/operations,strategy/business development,healthcarestrategy/operations,segment strategy/operations) will also be considered.

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.
