• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in advancement, fundraising, donor relations, or project management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the SVP and Advancement leadership to drive division-wide projects, including budget planning, tracking, and monthly forecasting.
• Collaborate on trustee, leadership, and volunteer engagement, supporting peer networking and prospecting strategies.
• Help craft and execute prospect engagement plans with tailored communications and materials.
• Provide support for high-level donor portfolio management and moves management.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting summaries, and engagement strategies; generate regular progress reports.
