Job summary

Anabranch Recovery Center in Terre Haute, Indiana seeks a Director of Admissions to lead the intake and admissions process onsite, develop revenue-generating strategies, and ensure compliant, efficient operations in collaboration with Summit BHC.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Psychology or Social Work preferred), 2+ years healthcare admissions experience, and experience in alcohol/drug or psychiatric treatment; CPR and de-escalation certification are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years healthcare admissions experience.
• Experience in the alcohol and drug field or psychiatric treatment field.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the intake and admissions process for incoming patients.
• Oversees staff hiring, orientation, performance assessment and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains admissions documentation and coordinates with Business Office.
