• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to grow market share and brand presence.
• Serve as the brand steward, managing the nursing center’s website and social media to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Improve interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure smooth transition-of-care with strong patient and family communication.
• Aim for high conversion: referral-to-admit, tour-to-admit, and improved referral conversion.
