Job summary

Damascus Way seeks a Director of Administration and Transformative Justice Initiatives to lead executive support, planning, and sustainability efforts. This full-time role blends high-level administration with grant management across Transformative Justice, Reentry and Recovery Services.

You will build partnerships with funders and community stakeholders, oversee reporting and compliance, and guide communications for the Office of Restorative Justice Grant Program, aligning systems and resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, recovery, or criminal justice settings.
• Strong administrative leadership, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with program implementation, evaluation, grant compliance, and strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, databases, and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic administrative leadership and executive support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team.
• Support fundraising, donor engagement, grant development, compliance, and community events.
• Cultivate relationships with funders, community stakeholders, and civic leaders to expand impact.
• Lead initiatives across Transformative Justice, Reentry, Recovery Services, Youth and Family initiatives.
