Under the Dean's direction, the manager leads budgeting, HR, procurement, payroll, and contract management, driving fiscal sustainability and process improvements while guiding leaders and staff across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management, HR and finance.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning and data analysis skills.
