• Experience supporting DoD/ federal program acquisition life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Review acquisition, procurement, and program docs for compliance with policy; identify deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics for program execution.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, PMRs, and weekly status reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate meeting minutes, action items, and records of decisions across working groups.
• Support transition of portfolio to SAFe Agile by documenting SOPs and business processes.
