Forvia is seeking an Acquisition Manager to drive the North American acquisition process for new business opportunities in the Seating segment. You will coordinate Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to develop compelling, financially sound customer quotations.

You will lead cross-functional teams from RFQ receipt to final business plan approval, challenge assumptions, and ensure profitable growth while aligning with strategic manufacturing footprint decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in program management, commercial management, sales, or related automotive functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial and business planning capabilities.
