Job summary

Miratechcorp seeks a senior sales leader to develop and penetrate the company’s most strategic accounts nationwide, including integrated energy and data center developers. You will build formal strategic account plans in Salesforce that mobilize all departments to win and grow this business, reporting progress to the Executive Team and C-Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales with a track record in large strategic accounts.
  • Experience with engine dealers, enclosure manufacturers, data center end users, or energy companies; engineering background a plus.
  • Proven experience building and executing strategic account plans using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, align, and lead cross-functional teams to win and grow major accounts.
  • Strong executive presence; experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across the US to support strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and penetrate large existing and potential customers to maximize revenue.
  • Build, document, and maintain strategic account plans in Salesforce for named accounts.
  • Engage and mobilize Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations to win proposals.
  • Cultivate relationships with engine dealers, enclosure manufacturers, EPC firms, consulting engineers, energy companies.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand share of wallet and footprint.
  • Serve as executive relationship owner for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Deliver strategic account updates, pipeline forecasts, and win/loss analyses to leadership.
  • Prepare and present formal business reviews, account plans, and revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends and opportunities within data center, power generation, and industrial markets.
  • Partner with Marketing on messaging, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  • Travel as required, with focus on Houston and Denver; travel across the US.

Reports to:

Vice President of Commercial Strategies, with strategic account visibility to the Executive Team and C-Suite

Primary Responsibility:

This position is responsible for developing and penetrating the company's most strategic accounts nationally, integrated energy companies, packagers and data center developers, and for building and executing formal strategic account plans in Salesforce that mobilize all departments to win and grow this business. This is a senior, high-caliber sales role; the position holder participates in weekly management calls and reports strategic account progress directly to the Executive Team and C-Suite.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and penetrate large existing and potential customers to maximize revenue.
  • Build, document, and continuously maintain comprehensive strategic account plans in Salesforce CRM for each named account, including organizational maps, competitive positioning, win strategy, whitespace analysis, and revenue potential.
  • Engage, align, and mobilize all relevant departments - Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, Finance, and Production - to build winning proposals and successfully close strategic account opportunities.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with engine dealers, enclosure manufacturers, EPC firms, consulting engineers, and energy companies serving the data center and power generation markets.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand share of wallet and deepen the company's footprint within named strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the executive-level relationship owner for assigned strategic accounts, representing the company at the highest levels of the customer's organization.
  • Participate in weekly management calls and deliver regular strategic account updates, pipeline forecasts, and win/loss analysis to the Executive Team and C-Suite.
  • Prepare and present formal business reviews, account plans, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the data center, power generation, and industrial end markets.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop strategic account-specific messaging, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and customer events.
  • Travel as required, without fixed territorial confinement, to support strategic account relationships with a concentration on Houston and Denver
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive, successful business-to-business sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of developing, penetrating, and closing large, complex strategic accounts.
  • Experience working with engine dealers, enclosure manufacturers, data center end users, and/or energy companies strongly preferred. Engineering background a plus.
  • Proven experience building and executing strategic account plans using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, align, and lead cross-functional teams - Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Operations - to win and grow major accounts.
  • Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of the power generation, energy industry, data center infrastructure, and/or industrial emissions/enclosure markets preferred.
  • Houston, Tulsa or Denver based location preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
  • Self-starter with high energy, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Willingness to travel to support strategic accounts across the US.
