Job summary

ADM is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Decatur, IL to lead monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, and supervise accounting staff. The role partners with BU Finance and internal teams to standardize and streamline processes, driving efficiency and a service mindset.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The position offers a base pay range with an annual bonus opportunity, with a focus on internal controls and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Bilingual or advanced English communication is a plus.
• CPA or similar certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review monthly accounting work per US GAAP guidelines.
• Review and supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
