Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and a strategic mindset. A CPA/MBA is preferred, and US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• MBA or CPA certification is preferred.
• Experience using Syteline is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting and related analysis.
• Lead the finance team and ensure internal controls are followed.
• Manage AR, AP, fixed assets, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership.
