Job summary

Recruiting Module is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to report to the President, manage a small staff, and serve as a resource to our operations, customers, and vendors across multiple states. The role involves strategic planning, monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting alongside day-to-day accounting tasks, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement of financial controls.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 10 years accounting experience.
• CPA experience preferred with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with multiple entities and divisions, consolidations.
• ERP systems experience; Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small accounting staff.
