Confidential Manufacturing Co. in Austin, TX is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the financial function for a multi-entity manufacturing business serving a diverse customer base.

You will establish and implement strategies, ensure GAAP compliance, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements and automation.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting, a relevant degree, and experience in manufacturing; MBA/CPA/CMA are preferred.

Formación

• Expert knowledge of daily accounting processes per US GAAP.
• Forecasting and resource planning experience including people, materials, and equipment.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting consolidation across different packages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks.
• 10+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, communicate, and implement major financial strategies and policies within approved budgets.
• Prepare timely analyses of historical/forecasted financial data and metrics.
• Plan, direct, and control accounting and financial activities with GAAP compliance.
• Monitor budgets versus actuals monthly and guide management.
• Oversee consolidation of financial data for consolidated results.
• Assess and improve current accounting operations and implement new processes.
• Lead multi-entity accounting team and mentor staff for development.
• Drive automation, efficiency, and quality improvements.
