Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years in hands-on full cycle accounting with solid financial reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software packages.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting project teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for client engagements, fostering relationships and satisfaction.
• Oversee full accounting cycle: journal entries, validations, reconciliations, and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into financial performance.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Guide and train junior accounting staff on principles and practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls with auditing services.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
