Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager - Strategic Projects in the United States. The role leads the setup of new sites and products, ensuring compliant ERP processes, standard accounting practices, and resource planning with shared services.

Expect a salary range of $146,000 to $215,000 with a variable incentive program; candidates must have 10+ years of accounting/finance experience and be able to work within a 50-mile radius of an Eaton site in the

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting or finance experience.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of an Eaton site within the continental US will be considered.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and drive results for activities required for the new site set up or new product set up, including ledger setup, IT processes, and local government regulations (IMMEX where required, tax, etc).
• Demonstrate the organizational skills required to deal with multiple “high priority” duties and deadlines.
• Coordinate and assist with month-end closing activities including journal entries and GL accuracy for startup projects.
• Develop and coordinate the hand-off strategy of standardized accounting processes for new site/product lines.
• Develop, implement, and improve business processes and communicate to prevent reporting errors; ensure integrity of financial reports.
