Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions’ HPAPI Riverview facility in Riverview, Michigan, is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. The role will closely partner with the Controller to ensure accurate financial statements and act as the liaison between site vendors and GBSS on AP matters.

The position involves period closing, journal entries, variance analysis, and support for budgeting, forecasting, and audits, with ERP/SAP proficiency required to drive financial insights and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency extracting and analyzing financial data from ERP/GL systems.
• Solid understanding of AP/AR/GL processes and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Variance analysis and trend reporting to support monthly close.
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
• Liaise with GBSS on vendor management, payments and inquiries.
• Assist with monthly/ yearly inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities.
• Generate and review weekly vendor payments via ACH, wire and checks.
