Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Accountant to maintain financial records and ensure accurate transaction recording. You will prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports while reconciling ledgers and supporting documents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 1 year of experience (3 years preferred); familiarity with Oracle Financials and GAAP/SOX standards is advantageous. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1 year of accounting experience required, 3 years preferred.
• Experience with Oracle financials module preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and document business transactions.
• Prepare P&L statements and monthly close reports.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts with supporting documentation.
• Analyze budgets, expenditures, and variances.
• Maintain accounting controls and financial databases.
