The role requires explaining complex AI concepts in business terms and collaborating across teams. Candidates should have 1+ years in software/AI/cloud sales, familiarity with AWS solutions, and the ability to travel about 25%.
Do you want to be part of AWS Strategic Accounts, the segment responsible for helping our largest, most complex customers achieve their business outcomes? Do you want to go deep and wide within one customer? Do you have sales and technical acumen to drive adoption of cloud services and AI? Are you ready to work closely with experienced account leaders to deliver customer outcomes at scale? Are you an AI "builder", working with IDEs, using AI coding assistants, and understanding how agentic platforms deliver customer value? If so, we want to hear from you.

Strategic Account Representatives work closely with account leadership and the extended team to develop new relationships and workloads in business units and lines-of-business. The ideal candidate will possess sales and technical capabilities to advise customers on AWS solutions, grow usage, and maintain relationships. You will work cross-functionally with the extended team, closely aligning with account leadership on the projects you drive with customers.
