The Account Manager will have a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences business culture to drive and develop a productive sales strategy in their region. A requirement is to be competent with solution selling principles and practices and demonstrate a high level of professionalism to both clients and work colleagues.
Account Managers will have a proven ability to develop new business and revenue streams within the North America region and have further developed existing accounts for new business opportunities and subsequent revenue generation in untouched departments or company sites, while expanding the territory client base and network within the Life Sciences industry.
Two key success factors for the Account Manager are to develop a strong knowledge of the product portfolio and align this understanding with the needs and pains of the target audience (the client).
This team manages our largest global customers across the Life Sciences & Healthcare segment, handling multiple geographies.
The expected base salary is $145,000 - $185,000 USD per year, plus an annual on-target commission plan of $97,000 - $145,000. Compensation depends on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
