Uber Freight is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) – LTL SME to own the health, retention, and growth of assigned accounts. While relying on Operations Account Managers (OAMs) and execution teams for daily freight movement, the SAM remains fully accountable for program outcomes. This role bridges the gap between high-level account strategy and operational execution- partnering closely with LTL Procurement and mixed TL/LTL operations teams to drive cost savings, service excellence, and value delivery across the customer's network.
