ELITE CUSTOMER STRATEGISTS WANTED: While others play defense with customers, you'll be orchestrating AI-powered offense. IgniteTech has engineered a strategic account model where AI handles routine tasks, allowing you to focus on executive-level conversations that drive revenue.

Our AI systems identify adoption gaps, early churn signals, forecast renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities, enabling proactive customer success strategies.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Leverage AI insights to develop data-driven customer success strategies that improve retention and growth
  • Lead strategic discussions with C-suite stakeholders, positioning IgniteTech's AI solutions as essential to their business
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities based on AI data signals
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Chasing new logos or cold prospecting
  • Handling technical support tickets or basic customer service
  • Participating in product development cycles
Key Responsibilities
