Job description

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as Strategic Account Manager to support sales enablement of Essilor Luxottica (EL) Owned and Operated Ecommerce sites.In this role they will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing sales and channel marketing strategy to support EssilorLuxottica e-commerce stores maximize Wearable category development and sales velocity.This is a cross functional role directly in contact with Partner sales leaders and marketing teams as well as Meta cross functional teams including Category Management, Product Management, Business Development, Data Science, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations.

Build strategic customer relationships to understand and drive Wearable category vision, key strategies and objectives

In partnership with EssilorLuxottica define and execute an annual business plan for each DTC site and geography

Establish and manage quarterly business reviews with key EL and Meta leaders to review performance and agree on business priorities

Manage account scorecard (sales and mdf), maintain detail understanding of partner business performance/trends and actively reports within the larger Wearable Sales Group

Create and present account strategy to executives and internal / external stakeholders to align resources and drive growth

Negotiate and manage Marketing Development Funds budgets in partnership with category management and marketing to support growth opportunities with EL DTC

Work closely with eCommerce Marketing and Digital teams, to ensure EL DTC sales enablement programs are developed and executed effectively, covering all aspects of customer acquisition, retention, and conversion

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field

3+ years of sales experience supporting e-commerce accounts in the CPG, Beauty, Fashion, or Optical industry

Experience with e-Retailer business models and experience in driving e-Retailer sales through effective, and cost-efficient marketing/merchandising programs and strategies, and digital execution

Experience presenting to leadership

Experience negotiating with customers and management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience successfully developing and executing electronic retailer strategies and business plans, with proven capacity to deliver/exceed revenue growth and increase category share with e-Retailer

Collaboration skills to partner with key cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, etc.)

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
