This role drives territory success by developing and executing tactical strategies to meet revenue targets and strategic service goals, conducting quarterly business plan reviews with the Regional Manager. It builds and strengthens relationships with Alliance Partners and 1099 representatives by providing education, increasing mindshare, and supporting supply chain discussions to promote business growth. The position also ensures all administrative responsibilities-such as audits, reconciliations, sales analytics, and hospital billing issues-are completed accurately and on time, while fulfilling required compliance, product, sales, and company training.
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
