Your role in our team
  • You will drive strategic account strategies and act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop and implement global account strategies for key strategic accounts within the Pharma-Biotech and Cell & Gene industries
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, centrally managing the relationship and interface. This includes overseeing customer satisfaction, handling strategic and global matters such as steering, escalations, and contract management
  • Develop value-driven solutions and quantify their impact for key customers. In this context, collaborate closely with Product Management to further enhance and evolve our product portfolio
  • Provide management support and consulting services to customers for global MES (Manufacturing Execution System) programs
  • You will report to executive management on corporate and business objectives related to assigned key accounts
  • Drive the advancement and continuous improvement of our Strategic Account Management methodology
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
  • You will forecast and monitor key account metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver customer value and achieve strategic objectives
Your profile
  • You have 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the MES space
  • Proven track record of success in selling MES solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from departmental staff to C-level executives
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive decisions and close deals
  • You have demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and deliver results within a matrix organization; experience working in global teams is a plus
  • Skilled at aligning short-term actions with long-term strategic objectives
  • Highly organized and composed under pressure, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset
  • Experienced in defining and delivering IT projects within regulated industries (e.g., Pharma, Biotech)
  • You are willing to travel to customer sites and corporate office locations as needed
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Your IPMA or PMP certification is a plus
  • You will work in a modern work environment with open culture towards improvements and new ideas
