This role is in support of Cencora's freight and logistics management service in the USmarketed through our Triose business.

This remote position supports customers across the United States, requiring up to 60% travel to meet with key stakeholders and foster meaningful, multi-level partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strategic, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Develop and execute customized account strategies to drive growth and customer success.
  • Identify and discuss new opportunities for optimization, expansion, and value creation.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for the health, retention, and growth of your accounts.
  • Manage all aspects of account performance, including receivables and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and implementation for new customers.
  • Represent Triose at customer meetings, industry events, and other key engagements.
  • Consistently deliver on key performance metrics, aligned with Triose’s strategic goals.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Sales
Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in successful client account management and / or selling solutions and services
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Must have experience interfacing with clients, vendors, and customer organizations at all levels including “C” Suite
  • Experience in Relationship Management with strategic accounts
  • Experience in region account planning and execution required
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience working with hospital and health system management, procurement, Group Purchasing Organizations, hospital suppliers, contracting and materials management preferred
  • Experience in freight and logistics management preferred

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
