Grata is the leading private market dealmaking platform seeking a Relationship Manager in San Francisco. The role focuses on account management, driving renewals, and optimizing upsell opportunities while ensuring high customer ROI and satisfaction.

The position is hybrid, with in-office days in San Francisco and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and expand product usage. Strong communication and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience with renewals and upsell responsibilities.
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and work independently.
• Innovative, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Onboard accounts and drive ongoing adoption and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary contact to resolve questions via email/phone and conduct customer success reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and expand product use within accounts.
• Grow revenue by improving retention, renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell of modules.
• Maintain relationships across users, champions, and decision-makers and monitor engagement metrics.
• Identify account risks early and coordinate with teams to drive churn mitigation.
