Step into a pivotal role at Truework, where you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business and shaping the future of Income Verification within Tenant Screenings in our newest market, Multifamily and Residential. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to help owners and operators protect their assets and drive a great experience for prospective tenants. You’ll be part of a rapidly growing team that thrives on collaboration, grit, and continuously learning as we break into the PropTech space. This is a chance to drive and make a significant impact where Truework is already providing the best in class income solution to the Real Estate market.

This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment– and who’s ready to help define the future of verifications in PropTech for large institutional Owners/Operators to independent landlords. You’ll be partnering across the business with our GM of Multifamily and Residential, Customer Success, Product and Engineering as part of an elite, cross functional and fun team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft and execute a go-to-market strategy for your territory, experimenting and pivoting as needed to overcome challenges and drive success.
  • Leverage your creativity to generate a robust pipeline and connect with prospects and customers where they are.
  • Manage inbound leads from demand generation and channel partners, driving them to successful closes.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets using modern sales techniques and processes.
  • Contribute directly to Truework’s growth and success as a key member of the MFRS team.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets, especially in startup settings, preferably in the PropTech space.
  • A growth mindset, always eager to learn, adapt, and seek feedback.
  • Strong communication skills and a reputation for grit and resilience.
  • A team player who thrives on planning, executing, and celebrating wins together.
  • A willingness to tackle hard challenges.

At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch four times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The on-target earnings range for this role is $280,000 to $320,000 in San Francisco, California.

The on-target earnings range for this role is $224,000 to $256,000 in Denver, Colorado.
