We are seeking a talented and passionate Strategic Account Executive for a permanent position.

Scope: Strategic accounts across Southern Europe

Location: Remote in France or Hybrid in South of France

Responsibilities:

  • New Market Development: Open new regions and verticals within the Southern European market, aligning with the company’s strategic expansion goals.
  • New Logo Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle end-to-end – from prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Transition Management: Hold ownership of the client relationship for the first 12 months post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Upsell & Engagement: Drive early upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging engagement data and client feedback.
  • Strategic Handoff: After the first year, transition to the account management team through a structured handoff including documentation, insights, and development plans.
  • Cash Realization: Ensure timely cash collection by coordinating with AR and customer.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRM to support forecasting and team alignment.
  • 1:1 Accountability: Actively participate in structured 1:1 meetings and business reviews with clear tracking of priorities, actions, and individual performance KPIs.


Collaboration:

  • Customer Success Managers: Collaborate closely with CSMs to ensure a smooth onboarding, drive product adoption, and enhance customer experience and usage throughout the first year.
  • PreSales: Partner with Presales team to deliver tailored product demos, define technical requirements, and ensure solution alignment during early-stage opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of deep experience in BtoB sales or business development role focused software/SaaS based solutions within the Southern Europe market.
  • Proven success in both hunting (new logo acquisition) and early-stage account management.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in a second or third language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Travel as needed for tradeshows and to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Strong self-management skills.
