Qualifications

• Has 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience
• Has led complex renewals and pricing discussions
• Can translate financial information into clear recommendations
• Can engage confidently with senior client and consultant stakeholders
• Exercises sound judgment under pressure and ambiguity
• Understands economic and operational realities of pharmacy benefit management delivery
• Strong digital and AI fluency, with ability to apply advanced tools to complex judgment

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year account strategy for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary executive-level contact for client leadership.
• Lead renewal strategy and negotiations in partnership with underwriting, legal and finance.
• Develop and present clear recommendations on pricing, guarantees, and solution design.
• Identify growth opportunities through disciplined financial and strategic evaluation.
• Leverage analytics platforms and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance and identify risks or opportunities.
