Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive.
• Experience with direct client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately.
• Lead client communications and status calls; serve as day-to-day liaison.
• Assist in estimating agency fees and preparing job budgets; allocate hours to team members.
• Develop account status reports and collaborate on project timelines.
